    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a student, you will support the Business Enablement & Operations Support team with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with requests.

  • Support the team in maintaining and customizing application systems, including helping identify issues and contributing to solutions.

  • Help manage technical requests, updating statuses, and assisting in documenting processes and tools.

  • Portfolio Management Team (Document Processing Centre)

  • Document Intake and Sorting:
    Receive, review, and organize incoming documents for processing.

  • File Management:
    Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.

  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Autonomy, initiative and attention to details.

  • Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements).

  • Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
