POSITION OVERVIEW
As a student, you will support the Business Enablement & Operations Support team with a variety of tasks, including:
Performing administrative duties such as collecting financial statements, preparing documents, and assisting with requests.
Support the team in maintaining and customizing application systems, including helping identify issues and contributing to solutions.
Help manage technical requests, updating statuses, and assisting in documenting processes and tools.
Portfolio Management Team (Document Processing Centre)
Document Intake and Sorting:
Receive, review, and organize incoming documents for processing.
File Management:
Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, initiative and attention to details.
Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates, mortgages, loans, financial statements).
Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.
Bilingualism in English and French is required.
