• Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement governance frameworks for major organizational changes.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Drive automation and fabinasation initiatives to enhance process performance.
• Benchmark best practices and integrate them into Bombardier Defense operations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums.

• Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting. __________________________________

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting
• Defense background is a strong asset
• You have strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement
• You have proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects in large organizations
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset
