The Work
Support project management activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, including schedule tracking, budget follow-up, documentation, and quality monitoring.
Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with established project goals.
Participate in planning sessions and help gather inputs for roadmap development, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Contribute to project governance by supporting the preparation of status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and meeting materials.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and project documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project processes, tools, and team ways of working.

Qualifications
Here’s What You’ll Need
Bilingual in French and English
Flexible to travel to Mirabel
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
Interest in developing skills in project management within the aerospace or engineering sectors.
Strong sense of initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented attitude.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If You Have
Aerospace/Automative experience
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) and/or Google Workspace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a collaborative and positive mindset.
Interest in learning agile and waterfall methodologies and contributing to organizational improvement efforts.
