In this role, you'll analyze key performance indicators and optimize processes using various analytical tools. Responsibilities include collecting accurate data, designing reports, and presenting findings to inform strategic decisions. Your collaboration with departments like Quality and HR will be crucial in driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and accuracy of collected performance data

• Develop databases and dashboards for performance tracking

• Define and monitor KPIs to assess company goals

• Analyze performance data using statistical tools

• Create visualizations and present data to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Relevant data analysis experience in a performance role

• Proficiency in Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R

• Knowledge of data warehouse and analytics tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis
