The Role

This is an opportunity for a strategic and results-driven sales leader to build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business partnerships across key industries such as:

  • Travel and Tourism

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach via phone, email, and Linked In.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and pitches virtually and in-person meetings to secure new partnerships.
  • Develop and negotiate tailored proposals to address client needs and drive long-term value.
  • Represent Protect Group at industry events and conferences, positioning the company as a leading provider in the space.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring a structured approach to pipeline management.
  • Provide data-driven sales forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years working in the Travel and Tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of business development and lead generation, with a strong ability to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business growth.
  • Well-organized with prior experience in CRM systems and structured sales processes.
