We are building the next generation of demand and inventory solutions—from intelligent forecasting and demand sensing to multi‑echelon inventory optimization and scenario‑based planning—that empower organizations to balance service, cost, and risk across complex, ever‑changing environments.

What You Will Do

Own the product vision and roadmap for demand planning and inventory optimization capabilities, including forecasting, inventory positioning, and replenishment strategies

Ensure strategic alignment across product teams, partnering with executive leadership to deliver solutions that meet evolving market and customer needs

Lead product direction for demand and inventory offerings, including statistical forecasting, scenario planning, and optimization models that balance service levels, working capital, and supply constraints

Define how customers plan, simulate, and respond to demand variability and inventory trade‑offs across the end‑to‑end supply chain

Develop deep relationships with customers and partners to understand real‑world planning challenges, including forecast accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory, and service‑level performance

Engage with senior leaders and customers to shape product direction, prioritize high‑impact capabilities, and ensure alignment with market trends (e.g., IBP, S&OP, demand sensing)

Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance planning capabilities and ensure successful product launch and adoption

Define and track KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service level attainment, inventory turns, and working capital efficiency; use insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement

Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive and cross‑functional audiences

Address and resolve complex challenges across the product lifecycle, enabling teams to deliver high‑impact solutions at scale

Primary Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field; advanced degree is an asset

10+ years of experience in Product Management within a global SaaS or technology organization, preferably in supply chain or planning domains

5+ years of experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers responsible for complex product portfolios
