Transformation & Change Leadership
Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design; coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects; prepare executive-level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums.

Data & Insights
Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives; provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting.

Required
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred; at least 10 years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting; defense background is a strong asset; strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement; proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset; familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
