Senior Policy Analyst International Standards

Excel at enhancing Canada’s global interests as a Senior Policy Analyst with SCC. This full-time role focuses on standardization and stakeholder engagement internationally.

As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will lead program management initiatives that shape key corporate strategies. Your responsibilities will include forming stakeholder engagement strategies and providing critical advice to fulfill strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams, you will drive the successful implementation of these initiatives while ensuring alignment with Canada’s international trade agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder engagement strategies and provide expert advice

• Lead programs that facilitate relationships with industry and government

• Conduct research on economic and standardization topics

• Develop and implement project plans for strategic initiatives

• Support SCC statutory committees with policy insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in standardization and policy analysis

• Expertise in project management and stakeholder relations

• Strong understanding of Canadian governmental structures

• Proven analytical and communication skills

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
