Contract 1 year plus
Must be authorized to work in Canada

Must have demonstrated experience with planning, creating, organizing, scheduling, prioritizing and executing business analysis activities including approval process throughout project (i.e.. BA Plan etc.)
Must have demonstrated experience with facilitating requirements elicitation sessions and documenting requirements to understand business and technology changes in order to support execution of change management, business readiness, business process changes, business workflow/rule development, data definition development, project planning and project execution activities.
Must have demonstrated experience defining measurable evaluation criteria to assess the success of the change (i.e. User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria)
Must have demonstrated experience with developing and documenting a traceability matrix to ensure requirements are complete and identify requirements relationships to the solution to ensure the solution meets business requirements
Must have demonstrated experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents. Exercise resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy.
Must have demonstrated experience in establishing methods and tools to support documenting current and future business requirements through working with the business clients/users to ratify and develop sound understanding and knowledge of the business requirements, ensuring that they are clearly documented.
Must have demonstrated experience developing and documenting system users access and training documentation
Must have demonstrated experience analyzing and defining business requirements for determining roles, relationships and data structures to meet business, security, privacy, training and operational requirements.
Must have demonstrated experience with SAP Success Factors ECP
Must have demonstrated experience with SAP Success Factors Time and Attendance
