Take charge of the trade compliance function at Teledyne MEMS in Bromont, Quebec. Bring your expertise in import/export regulations to facilitate compliance across various operational areas.
As the Manager of Trade Compliance, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the proper implementation of compliance policies lab orating with both internal compliance teams and government entities will be key. Your duties will include securing export permits and managing compliance documentation to meet regulatory standards while providing training to staff involved in compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CITC to refine compliance procedures

• Classify products accurately for export compliance

• Prepare and manage export documentation effectively

• Conduct screenings and ensure due diligence procedures

• Facilitate training for involved internal teams
Requirements:

• Background in commerce, business, or international trade preferred

• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export laws

• Strong analytical and organizational skills essential

• Bilingual (English/French) with strong communication abilities

• Expertise in SAP S/4

HANA and MS Office
