Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate communication among technicians, customers, and planners
• Prepare and pass over daily summaries
• Assign work orders effectively per technician
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators
• Participate actively in addressing maintenance issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Experience with MS Project Suite
• Familiarity with Maximo ERP module
