Program Analyst – Airbus Atlantic

We offer the opportunity to work at Airbus Atlantic, a new global champion in aerostructures and pilot seats. Our Mirabel site is looking for a future Program Analyst.

The Program Manager's mission is to ensure that change projects are executed within the appropriate budget, scope, and schedule. The role also involves managing change requests and projects with customers, ensuring project performance, and supporting the overall program through effective governance processes and management tools.

• Establish and maintain governance for effective management of change projects.
• Prepare summary documents and presentations on program status for meetings with customers.
• Manage customer priorities and expectations.
• Ensure project performance by meeting schedules, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• Define and deploy a harmonized project management system across the organization.
• Support the overall program by implementing micro‑processes and management tools.
• Analyze, improve and redefine existing processes as needed.
• Verify and audit the validity, accuracy, and quality of datasets and modsums before publication.
• Support the engineering office in understanding customer requirements to eliminate anomalies and resolve inconsistencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Good communication skills, perseverance, and rigor.
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
