In your pivotal role as Technical Proposal Writer, you will collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure that both compliance and proposal excellence are met. Your expertise will be key to managing proposals, facilitating negotiations, and guiding market strategies. Additionally, you will actively identify risk factors, crafting solutions that align with the broader mission of Randstad Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update complex proposals requiring advanced compliance knowledge

• Serve as the primary contact for proposal-related activities

• Prepare cost and price analysis for bids

• Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Manage logistics for timely proposal submissions

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years in proposal management or technical writing

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace

• Strong understanding of Canadian procurement processes

• Fluency in English;
