Position: Service Coordinator at Morguard
Join Morguard as a Service Coordinator, specializing in resource allocation for site teams. Utilize your administrative and customer service skills to streamline operations and maintain valuable partnerships.

In this role, you will assess the service needs of team members and connect them with the right Regional Maintenance Associates. Additionally, you will maintain a directory of service providers, oversee property maintenance, and ensure accurate reporting. Your contributions will foster relationships, enhance service delivery, and support the Regional Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess service needs and connect with appropriate RMAs

• Create and maintain service provider directory

• Oversee maintenance for multiple properties

• Prepare monthly property maintenance reports

• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative assistance

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in high-volume administration or customer service

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Yardi experience preferred, training available
