Product Offer Analyst – A220 Commercial Aircraft Program
Location:
Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
Join the A220 commercial aircraft program to develop and implement product offering and evolution strategy for cabin personalization. Work in a cross‑functional team that promotes autonomous collaboration and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Define product strategy: develop and drive long‑term vision for the aircraft customization portfolio based on market, competitive and supply‑chain analyses.
- Manage the product lifecycle: own the offer management process from requirements definition, project launch, offer authorization to market withdrawal.
- Introduce new products: collect and structure option description data, prepare sales documentation and configuration tools.
- Handle out‑of‑catalog customization requests: evaluate and manage sales response in line with portfolio strategy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for processes, tools and data management.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, change management) across Airbus.
- Implement best practices in project management, communication and organization.
- Anticipate disruptions and take corrective action; escalated issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in technical product management, preferably in aerospace.
- Strong understanding of aircraft interior architecture.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Positive, adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills and an open‑mind approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral).
- Occasional travel for business worldwide.
- Commitment to act with integrity and awareness of compliance risks.
