This role combines operational and administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly. You will facilitate meetings, manage communications, and prepare essential documentation to assist Project Managers. A successful candidate possesses strong organizational skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple activities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative tasks for Project Managers
• Organize governance and working sessions efficiently
• Prepare materials and capture action items during meetings
• Update and maintain project logs and trackers accurately
• Assist in creating executive-level presentations and reporting
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Excel in delivering critical project support and keep initiatives on track with Alquemy.
