Lead retail technology innovation as a Product Manager enhancing in-store operations and user experience. Focus on improving accessibility and efficiency during peak retail periods.
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of retail technology solutions. This role requires a strong background in retail environments and the ability to partner cross-functionally for user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee the product roadmap and ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product roadmap and execution of technology initiatives
• Translate operational needs into product requirements
• Collaborate with Retail, UX, and Product Design on capabilities
• Improve in-store efficiency for associates and guests
• Gather feedback for continuous product enhancement
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in Product Management, focusing on retail technology
• Strong understanding of retail operations and workflows
• Experience with cross-functional partnership in product delivery
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency
• Effective change management and stakeholder communication skills
