Product Manager – Permanent (Full Time)  Ranger Design, a Clarience Technologies company, is the lead manufacturer and service provider of innovative fleet upfit solutions and commercial van equipment across Canada and the United States.

Overview  The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, performance, and lifecycle of products within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and customers to ensure products meet market demands, quality standards, and profitability targets. The Product Manager drives product strategy, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration from concept through production and post‑launch support.

Responsibilities (English)   Manage the full product lifecycle from development to end‑of‑life.
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes and coordinate product launches.
Monitor product performance, profitability, and production efficiency.
Work with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
Develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and business cases.
Support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management activities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
Provide training and technical product support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Prepare regular reports on product performance, KPIs, and project status.
Responsabilités (Français)   Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des produits, du développement jusqu’à leur retrait du marché.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies produits alignées sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et les besoins des clients.
Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de production, de qualité, d’approvisionnement et des ventes afin d’assurer le succès des produits.
Analyser les tendances du marché, les commentaires des clients et les activités de la concurrence afin d’identifier des occasions d’amélioration et d’innovation.
Diriger les processus d’introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI) et coordonner les lancements.
Suivre la performance des produits, leur rentabilité et l’efficacité de la production.
Collaborer avec les équipes manufacturières afin d’améliorer la qualité des produits, de réduire les coûts et d’optimiser les processus.
Développer les spécifications des produits, les stratégies de prix et les analyses de rentabilité.
Soutenir les activités de prévision, de planification des stocks et de gestion de la demande.
Veiller à la conformité avec les réglementations de l’industrie, les normes de sécurité et les exigences des clients.
Fournir de la formation et du soutien technique sur les produits aux équipes internes et aux clients, au besoin.
Préparer des rapports réguliers sur la performance des produits, les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et l’état d’avancement des projets.
Qualifications (English)   Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or related field.
3–7 years of product management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply‑chain operations, and product development.
