This role involves providing critical operational and administrative support to various Project Managers. You'll be actively involved in facilitating project meetings, preparing documentation, and managing communications with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative tasks for Project Managers
Organize and schedule governance and working sessions
Prepare materials and capture key action items in meetings
Update and maintain essential project logs and trackers
Assist with executive‑level presentations and project reporting
Requirements Robust organizational and project coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Solid stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Excel in delivering project support and keep initiatives on track.
