Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux
Join Schneider Electric’s Sales Operations team as a Project Coordinator in Dollard-des-Ormeaux. This role is essential for managing customer requests and supporting project managers across various functions.
In this project coordinator role, you will manage customer complaints, expedite stock requests, and track debits and resolutions. You will also handle shipping claims and maintain project updates related to price adjustments. Attention to detail and strong organization are vital as you assist the regional project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer complaints effectively
• Expedite requests for stock and track POD copies
• Complete and submit credit requests as instructed
• Maintain shipping and warranty claims operations
• Generate reports and track project updates
Requirements:
• CET certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce, and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
