Responsibilities   Coordinated timelines, managed stakeholder communications, and supported agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Managed resources (internal and third-party), conducted effort estimation, leveling, cost planning, and budget control.
Employed agile and/or traditional PM tools and techniques to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives, preferably in a not-for-profit and/or healthcare setting.
Developed and facilitated planning and working sessions, including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Supported product owners by managing expectations for project deliverables and ensuring explicit, concise stakeholder communication.
Led and motivated desired behaviours, inspired performance through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration.
Contributed to the development of PMO processes, techniques, and tools to enhance project delivery in a not-for-profit environment.
Contributed to initiatives within healthcare or public policy, understanding stakeholder dynamics.
Operated in ambiguity, navigating evolving priorities and interpreting incomplete information to provide clarity.
Qualifications   Proactive and detail-oriented with a reputation for ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Strategic thinker able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining focus on the big picture.
Experience managing cross-functional project teams, resource estimation, cost planning, and budget control.
Proficiency in agile and/or traditional PM methodologies, preferably in a not-for-profit and/or healthcare setting.
Strong facilitation skills for planning and working sessions, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Strong stakeholder communication skills, with ability to manage expectations and deliver concise updates.
Leadership experience inspiring performance and providing coaching and mentorship.
Understanding of PMO process development and tool selection for not-for-profit environments.
Experience contributing to healthcare or public policy initiatives and navigating stakeholder dynamics.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, able to navigate evolving priorities and interpret incomplete information.
Problem-solver; PMP certification is an asset.
