In this significant role, you will lead the proposal development process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. With at least 5 years of experience, you’ll leverage your expertise in managing complex proposals and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive proposal development and tracking

• Review and ensure quality and pricing integrity

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal setups

• Mentor and train team members to enhance capabilities

• Escalate internal issues to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance setting

• Strong proficiency in SAP, Maximo, and SF

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience in proposal writing and scheduling
