Harris seeks an Operations Project Engineering Specialist in Ottawa, ensuring operational readiness and productive project coordination in the Marine, Power, or Space sectors. This position requires an individual who can expertly manage the operational lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely availability of resources and materials. As a liaison between Program Management and the production floor, you will lead reviews and advocate for seamless project execution.

Your proactive approach will identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational margins.

Key Responsibilities   Lead Operational Readiness Review meetings
Monitor project performance with Earned Value techniques
Manage resource forecasting for project execution
Interface with internal and external project stakeholders
Provide updates on procurement bottlenecks
Requirements   Degree or diploma in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years in project management
Proficiency in both French and English

Experience with Infor LN or Deltek Cobra is beneficial
Must be eligible for Controlled Goods Program
