In this role, you'll work closely with the Product Team, gathering requirements and tailoring User Story Agents to meet specific needs. Document processes and create user guidance materials while collecting performance feedback for continuous improvement. Your insights will play a key role in user team efficiency and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather project requirements
• Develop User Story Agents to align with team needs
• Document processes and create user guides for effective usage
• Collect performance feedback to inform necessary improvements
• Support various teams to ensure effective AI platform adoption
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies in business analysis
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
• Commitment to maximising user engagement throughout rollout
