Entrust is looking for a Temporary Associate Product Program Manager for an 18-month term. In this role, you will lead product readiness initiatives, manage ERP systems for effective order processing, and assist product managers with key customer activities. Your contributions will streamline customer interactions and ensure product success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product readiness efforts for operational teams
• Manage ERP systems to streamline order processing
• Assist with voice-of-customer activities and requirements gathering
• Support product pricing strategies and SKU creation
• Collaborate across functions to enhance customer interactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a process-oriented position
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
