Client-Focused Program Coordinator in Ottawa

Join the CAGBC team as a Program Coordinator, providing exceptional client services and supporting green building certifications in a modern, LEED-certified office. You'll ensure timely communication and process certifications across multiple platforms.

In this role, reporting to the Director of Certification Services, you'll facilitate client interactions for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) certifications. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, processing project submissions, and enhancing client experience through detailed project tracking and communication. You’ll also aid in team support, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to certification guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and website

• Maintain communication lines between staff, clients, and third parties

• Ensure project submissions are recorded and tracked accurately

• Compile certification reports for various green programs

• Suggest improvements to enhance client experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in a professional environment
