Key Responsibilities:
• Coach facility personnel on Conduct of Operations processes
• Review and improve operational procedures across the facility
• Facilitate implementation of updated operational requirements
• Lead Conduct of Operations improvement initiatives
• Report issues to Functional Support Managers
Requirements:
• University degree or 15 years equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in business operations functions
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of process improvements
• Eligibility for Level 2 Security Clearance
