Where You’ll Add Value The Service Coordinator is responsible for assessing the service needs of site team members and linking them to the appropriate internal Regional Maintenance Associate (RMA) resources and external service providers. Developing a resource directory of RMA area of specialty as well as vendor service for easy coordination.
How You’ll Make a Difference Assess the service needs and connect them with the correct RMA team member.
Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
Oversee the maintenance of several properties.
Report to the Regional Maintenance Manager.
Gather and input data related to property maintenance and operations.
Prepare monthly property maintenance reports.
Maintain up‑to‑date tools and equipment inventory management.
Follow up with RMAs to ensure completion of work.
Provide administrative assistance to Regional Maintenance managers.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Assess issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
Ensure each site is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.
Maintain good relationships with service providers to keep customer base.
Expand the list of resources and providers to ensure there are no gaps in services.
Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.
The Expertise You’ll Bring Minimum 1‑2 years of high‑volume Administration & Customer Service–related experience.
Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (specifically Word, Excel).
Core Competencies Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
High‑quality organizational skills.
The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience Yardi experience preferred but willing to train.
Technical/mechanical background would be an asset.
