The Collaborative Program Support Officer will play a pivotal role within the Industry and Innovation Division. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service. Experience in contract management and financial processes is essential to ensure smooth execution of program functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism
• Review claims and process payments in NRC system
• Produce statistical and financial reports
• Administer agreements with academic institutions and firms
• Undertake special projects or assignments as needed
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion; post-secondary diploma is an asset
• Recent experience in contract work and accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Exposure to financial systems like SAP or MS Dynamics
• Familiarity with government grants is a plus
Bring your attention to detail and customer service expertise to support programs at the National Programs Office.
