Job Summary
Schneider Electric’s Sales Operations team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to take on the role of project coordinator in the Dollard‑des‑Ormeaux location. The project coordinator will support a regional team of project managers.
What will you do?- Manage customer complaints.
- Manage customers’ expedite requests for stock items, including tracking and obtaining POD copies.
- Complete and submit credit requests based on instructions provided by Project Managers.
- Track debits and resolutions.
- Handle shipping and warranty claims, return‑to‑sender cases, and reorders.
- Enter project updates related to price increases into the tracker.
- Generate and maintain reports from various systems.
- Push SCR/credit requests for approval across different levels.
- Add level‑1 escalations to the escalation sheet once approved by the supervisor.

- CET certification, electrical‑technical education, or equivalent experience (an asset).
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO), and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Functional knowledge of English and French required to facilitate collaboration with teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels.
The expected pay range is CAD 64,000 - CAD 96,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
