Make an impact as a Senior Advisor – Infrastructure and Capital Projects. You will work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team to advise our clients on various aspects of their major infrastructure projects, including governance, financing, risk sharing, procurement approaches, compliance, and more. You will collaborate closely with our team on a variety of mandates, ranging from financial analysis to strategic research, report writing, and presenting recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through the various phases of their infrastructure project lifecycle: from initiation and design to financing, procurement, construction, and operations and maintenance.

• Collaborate on the development of partnership strategies for large-scale projects and assist clients in making strategic decisions about their assets.

• Assess and improve clients’ internal processes, including governance and control frameworks, and contribute to their documentation and implementation.

• Conduct in-depth analyses (financial, economic, strategic) and produce high-quality reports and presentations for clients.

• Actively participate in mandates, both in execution and management, and mentor less experienced team members.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and assist in preparing and submitting competitive service proposals.

• Acquire a solid understanding of MNP’s services and the businesses and sectors served by the firm.

• Be willing to travel as needed.

Skills and Experience

• University degree in business, accounting, law, or engineering

• CPA, Engineer, Law, or any other relevant professional designation considered a significant asset

• 2 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure consulting or any related field aligned with the required expertise

• Strong understanding of business issues

• Excellent writing skills

• Analytical thinking with strong intellectual curiosity

• Team spirit, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to various client contexts

• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking teams or clients across Canada, as well as the fact that certain client deliverables and regulatory requirements are in English
