MDA, a leader in satellite technology and space operations, seeks a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in contracts. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts across various transactions while ensuring compliance with obligations. You will work closely with Business Development and Program Management teams and support proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on contractual matters for the Satellite Systems unit

• Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements with stakeholders

• Review and manage contractual documents to mitigate risks

• Administer contracts including change orders and claims

• Support the proposal team throughout the submission process

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years in contracts within aerospace or defense

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven organizational capabilities to meet deadlines

• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred
