Our partner company is in search of a Director of Revenue Operations, who will optimize revenue engines and improve forecasting accuracy. You will blend strategic guidance with hands-on execution, focusing on building processes that ensure sustainable revenue growth while leveraging data and insights. Your leadership will be pivotal in implementing AI-driven solutions and optimizing CRM systems to support this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize revenue engines across all departments for maximum impact
• Build a hybrid product-led and sales-assisted growth model
• Enhance forecasting and revenue reporting for visibility
• Design KPIs and performance frameworks to meet company goals
• Improve data integrity and reporting structures for faster insights
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations
• Strong SaaS background; fintech experience is advantageous
• Expertise in Salesforce and revenue tech stacks
• Analytical skills with BI tools and SQL proficiency
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
