Elevate your career as a Merchandising Product Manager with Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal. Lead dynamic product lines and drive growth strategies in the fashion industry.
As a key player in GDI, you will report to the Divisional Merchandise Director. This role requires at least three years of experience in fashion product management or buying to successfully manage and innovate across the merchandising process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings align with both business goals and customer trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive merchandise assortment development for current and future growth
• Innovate strategies to meet or exceed business plans
• Analyze competition to enhance customer focus
• Manage Open-to-Buy for effective inventory strategies
• Lead product creation, pricing, and line planning processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years in fashion buying or product management
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends
• Effective communication skills in English required
