As a Senior Site Contract Specialist, you will oversee the full lifecycle of site contracts within our Site Start-Up and Site . Your responsibilities include negotiating multi-country agreements, managing contract processes at the project level, and providing quality control throughout all contract management phases. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments and mentor junior staff on best practices for contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer all aspects of contract management processes

• Negotiate and prepare templates for industry-sponsored trials

• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance

• Manage ongoing contract issues with stakeholders

• Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract execution

Requirements:

• BA/BS in relevant field; advanced degree preferred

• High level of contract management experience

• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process

• Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
