The Lead Subcontract Administrator will report to the Manager of Subcontracts, playing a vital role in advising on contractual obligations. You'll support high-impact projects by managing the entire subcontract lifecycle, from proposal development to agreement negotiation. Your expertise in compliance and risk management will be essential for ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in negotiations and risk mitigation strategies

• Analyze contractual trends and legal developments

• Draft necessary documents for subcontract administration

• Communicate policies and procedures effectively

• Improve processes and practices in subcontract management
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent

• Minimum nine years of experience in contract management

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
