Technology Transformation Specialist at Air

Elevate corporate transformation efforts as a Technology Transformation Specialist with Air Canada. Focus on strategic planning, vendor management, and workforce transformation in this impactful role.

With over 5 years of experience in corporate transformation, you will support IDD's initiatives, conducting strategic assessments and change management. Collaborate with HR and other business lines to enhance workplace capabilities and drive successful transitions while delivering high-level materials and insights that inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support for annual and quarterly planning

• Develop executive materials to communicate progress

• Implement performance measurement frameworks using data

• Execute workforce transformation aligned with future capabilities

• Oversee implementation of product-based operating models

Requirements:

• 5+ years in corporate transformation experience

• Knowledge of financial management and strategic planning

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience with Global Capability Centres a plus

• Bachelor’s degree required
