In this vital role within Jobber’s Product Partnerships team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ISV Marketplace program. Your mission includes creating scalable frameworks and operational processes that nurture and sustain high-quality partnerships. Your strategic vision will support partner success and marketplace integrity, aligning efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and strategize ISV Marketplace operations
• Design onboarding and certification quality frameworks
• Optimize operational processes for listings and compliance
• Define metrics and KPIs to track marketplace health
• Manage partner communications and establish governance
Requirements:
• Experience in marketplace operations or partnership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven skills in developing partner lifecycle frameworks
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with KPI experience
