Shape the future of Adtran's optical engine portfolio as a Product Line Director. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and market alignment with customer needs to drive product success.
Your role as Director of Product Line Management will encompass owning the complete product lifecycle for our optical engines. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our product strategies meet market demands and align with Adtran’s vision in open networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product positioning and differentiation strategies
• Collaborate with R&D to deliver market specifications
• Translate customer needs into product features and requirements
• Oversee pricing and margin targets for product lines
• Manage full lifecycle from development to market introduction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or MBA in relevant field
• 10+ years in optical networking, 5+ in product leadership
• Expertise in coherent optics and pluggable solutions
• Proven ability in managing product P&L effectively
• Strong leadership in cross-department collaborations
