Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for fleet customer relationships

• Identify financial and operational risks impacting customers

• Analyze data and prepare financial presentations

• Lead meetings with customers and program reviews

• Manage and align teams on contractual obligations

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years in program/project management

• Previous experience in the aviation industry

• Proficiency with financial analysis and software tools

• Strong leadership and conflict negotiation skills

• Excellent bilingual communication in English and French
