Key Responsibilities:
• Lead critical cross-functional projects for organizational growth
• Improve internal workflows for healthcare organizations in all states
• Identify inefficiencies and automate manual processes
• Redesign workflows for scalability and enhanced efficiency
• Develop and document processes for team-wide adherence
Requirements:
• 3-6 years in management consulting or similar roles
• Expertise in scalable process development and SQL
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Self-motivated with a passion for healthcare innovation
