- Participate in the development and implementation of sales forecasting and planning strategies in line with BAS objectives.
- Participate in recurring BAS strategy sessions including yearly budget reviews and planning exercises with cross‑functional teams including data analytics, aftermarket services, operations, and finance.
- Analyze and solve problems by suggesting improvements to BAS management practices.
- Interact with various teams to address BAS related topics such as capacity needs, new business model requirements, and service challenges.
- Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to augment process efficiencies.
- Support BAS management initiatives through the analysis of relevant data, development of action plans, recommendations, and project management of activities to optimize BAS success.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis requirements as needed.
- University degree in business management, statistics, economics, operations management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Continuous improvement mindset with relevant experience.
- Strong capacity for data analytics and proficiency with MS Suite, Excel, Access, Power BI, Salesforce.
- Knowledge of service concepts, processes, and systems with a focus on sales, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Understanding of how different departments and processes intersect.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to develop presentations and present business cases to senior leadership.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to anticipate business needs and handle ambiguity.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, with strong organizational skills and consistent on‑time delivery.
- Team player focused on customer service who can work collaboratively within cross‑functional groups in a global network.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Bilingual English and French are an asset.
