Shape the future of medicine at Bridge Bio as an Analyst in Strategy & Operations, focusing on CMC and Supply Chain. Drive insights and strategic analyses to enhance supply continuity and efficiency.

As an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you will collaborate directly with the Director of Strategy & Operations. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making across operations, business, and science, ensuring alignment on costs and speed. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a dual background in business and science for effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with quantitative analyses for leadership decisions

• Identify and propose improvements for analytical processes

• Gather and consolidate financial and market data

• Support Sales & Operations Planning reviews and risk updates

• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and continuity playbooks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a scientific or business field

• 0-2 years of full-time experience, with lab exposure

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to travel up to 10%
