Cadence, a consortium of top-tier firms including CDPQ Infra and SNCF Voyageurs, is seeking a Senior Document Control Technician. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of document management experience within the EPCM industry, providing guidance and mentorship.
Your role will focus on implementing robust document control processes and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain document control processes and standards
• Train internal teams on document management best practices
• Lead the document control team and supervise documentation governance
• Implement solutions for operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Support the development of document management tools and systems
Requirements:
• 8-10 years document management experience in EPCM
• 5 years in an intermediate or senior-level role
• Proficient in MS Office and Aconex
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of database administration principles
