Ideal Siding is seeking a proactive coordinator to assist franchisees in managing commercial bids and projects. This role involves collaboration with general contractors, developers, and property managers, striving to advance opportunities from bid stage to contract signing. Bring your organizational skills and fast-paced adaptability to help strengthen our Commercial Division’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review commercial estimates and proposals

• Support franchisees from bid stage to signed contract

• Review project documentation to identify risks and gaps

• Act as a key resource for franchisees in commercial opportunities

• Help improve workflows and training materials

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in commercial construction or project coordination

• Experience with general contractors and developers

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar software

• Understanding of commercial project lifecycle
