This senior role focuses on leading the design and administration of global benefits programs for Husky Technologies TM. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, you will have the chance to utilize your analytical and vendor management skills to enhance benefits offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure programs meet compliance standards while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize benefits plans including medical and retirement savings
• Lead RFPs and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Oversee annual enrollment and compliance reporting
• Facilitate educational sessions regarding benefits
• Act as a subject matter expert for personnel inquiries
Requirements:
• 7+ years in benefits program governance
• Expertise in Oracle HCM or HRIS platforms
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Project management experience in benefits redesigns
• Degree in HR, Finance, or related
