In this 1.0 regular full-time role, you will lead initiatives related to health and safety management systems. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations of incidents, supporting compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating emergency response plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of safety policies and initiatives
• Conduct investigations of incidents and critical injuries
• Coordinate training programs on emergency preparedness

• Mentor division staff on safety practices
Requirements:
• Community college diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Five years of relevant experience required
• Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional
• Understanding of Ontario's safety legislation
