You will actively mentor junior team members while engaging with clients to develop effective solutions.

• Execute consulting projects focused on customer experience

• Analyze data and develop actionable strategic recommendations

• Guide collaborative workshops for solution co-creation

• Produce essential tools and strategic deliverables

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in management, design, or a related field

• At least 8 years of consulting or relevant experience

• Experienced in managing project engagements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
