Key Responsibilities:

• Plan analysis activities for specific projects and initiatives

• Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings

• Elicit and document business requirements effectively

• Define solution gaps and communicate impacts to stakeholders

• Support Product Owner in backlog prioritization and testing

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience

• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and JIRA

• Solid understanding of process mapping and documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
