To support their growth and brand presence across North America, they are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented North American Events Coordinator.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications team, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of corporate and business development events across North America. The main objective is to deliver an exceptional brand experience, smooth operational execution, and maximize the return on investment (ROI) for all events and sponsorships.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

Location:

Hybrid / Montreal or Greater Toronto Area

Fully Bilingual (English & French)

Responsibilities
Event Calendar Management:
Build and manage the annual calendar of events and sponsorships for the North American market, ensuring alignment with sales and business strategies.

End-to-End Event Logistics:
Handle full-cycle event planning (pre-event to post-event), including workback schedules, agenda creation, registration management, executive briefings, promotional materials, and on-site event leadership.

Contract Management:
Build strong relationships with key suppliers (booth contractors, AV/tech partners, caterers, promotional item vendors) and negotiate competitive contracts.

Budget Tracking & Administration:
Closely track expenses, manage PO (Purchase Order) placements, process vendor payments, and ensure events stay strictly within budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Executive Leadership) to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experiences.

Reporting & ROI Analysis:
Evaluate event success by tracking key metrics, gathering feedback, and producing detailed post-event ROI reports.

Qualifications

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in corporate event planning and management (preferably across North America or multi-site environments).

Languages:

Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) to interact seamlessly with colleagues outside Canada.

Administrative & Financial Acumen:
Strong experience managing budgets, issuing POs, and tracking expenses.

Core Competencies:

Outstanding organizational skills, autonomy, strong negotiation skills, ability to multitask under tight deadlines, and high attention to detail.

Mobility:
Willingness to travel occasionally across North America as required by the event schedule.
